As our customers tend to have correspondence with just one or two of our team, we thought we would introduce ourselves properly to you all! Our core team consists of:
Janet Marsden – Director / Sales Manager
Janet is the one who drives our business forward with her ideas for adding services to our company profile. She manages sales and marketing and is often on the road visiting our clients.
John Gannon – Director / Technical Manager
John is the technical and project manager. He’s the one who brings Janet’s plans for growth to fruition, but he is often on-site too as he is our most experienced service engineer.
Daniel Wilmore – Lead Service Engineer / Sales
Dan is on the road most days fulfilling his role as our lead service engineer by doing contract, service & breakdown visits. He is also Janet’s right-hand man in sales.
Selina Maden – Service Co-ordinator / Office Manager
Selina manages our office and our engineer’s diary. She is the one who books in all our contract and service work and arranges call-outs to site, in the event of equipment breakdowns.
Lindsay Parkinson – Sales & Purchase Ledger / Temperature Test Manager
Lindsay manages the sales and purchase ledger system and is our internal temperature test manager. She also updates our website and does our marketing.
Wade Bond – Service Engineer
Wade is our newest team member who spends the majority of his time on the road, completing service work and attending breakdowns.
